About Dr. Dejan Micic, MD

Dr. Dejan Micic is a board-certified gastroenterologist in Chicago and the Division Chief of Gastroenterology at Loyola Medicine. He sees patients at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood and at the Loyola Medicine Burr Ridge clinic, serving communities throughout Chicago’s western suburbs. Dr. Micic earned his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, completed residency training at the University of Michigan, and pursued advanced gastroenterology fellowships at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. His expertise spans the full range of digestive health, with a special focus on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and celiac disease.
