Troy is a Vice-President and has over 33 years of lending experience. Besides conventional loans, he has expertise in new construction and lot loans, First Time Home Buyer Loan programs, and both FHA and VA lending. Troy has a Bachelor of Science from Illinois College with a major in Economics and Business Administration. Troy is also a volunteer with the Kane County Forest Preserve.
